What's a SAFE and how does it work?
A SAFE is a one-page contract. You wire money now. Your SAFE converts to shares automatically when we raise our priced pre-seed round, at the valuation cap. No legal fees, no negotiation. Y Combinator's standard post-money SAFE template.
When do I get my money back?
If everything goes right, in 5 to 10 years through acquisition or IPO. If things don't go right, never. Pre-seed investments are illiquid by design. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
Do I need to be accredited?
No. We accept both accredited and non-accredited investors under Reg D 506(b), capped at 35 non-accredited slots. We'll verify status when sending docs.
Can my LLC, trust, or self-directed IRA invest?
